I've struggled with self-harm for 12years+ and i still struggle, even though , its a conscious decision i have to make daily to want to cut myself. I've also struggle with Eating Disorders since age 11, so 11+ years. Ive been diagnosed with Bulimia Nervosa when 13 and then with Anorexia Nervosa when i was 16. I still currently struggle with Anorexia Nervosa subtype- purging. Some days are good others i just dont feel like fighting her because i hate my body so much. Im not in recovery even though i want to be. i still eat because i know i have to, but i sometimes compensate by over exercising, fasting, or occasionally purging my food. Regardless of the many Treatment Centers, Mental Hospitals, Hospitals, and Therapists, Psychiatrist, and Dietitians ive been to, this disease has proven difficult to overcome.
